At Sha Trading LLC, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders above $50 within the continental US. For orders below $50, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be charged. We use only the most reliable carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging your order with eco-friendly materials and aim to minimize waste as much as possible. If you have any special packaging requests, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sha Trading LLC. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged in transit.
